THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Walsh One collects information volunteered by site visitors using our services and from its webserver log file:

Walsh One uses client contact information to provide services, send news about our company and deliver promotional material from our partners. Clients may choose not to receive these communications by contacting us via email, telephone or fax.
Financial information is used only to bill a member for products and services purchased from us and for aggregate customer analysis, as described in the Security section below.
Client data collected by Walsh One may be transferred between Walsh One companies where it is necessary to meet the purpose for which information has been submitted. By submitting data on the Walsh One website you are providing explicit consent to interregional transmission of such data.

Walsh One protects the confidentiality of our survey respondents by not disclosing their personally identifiable information to third parties, including our clients, advertisers, the media and members of the public.

When personally identifiable information is retained Walsh One assumes responsibility for keeping an accurate record of the information once a visitor has submitted and verified the data. Walsh One does not assume responsibility for verifying the ongoing accuracy of the content of personal information. When practically possible, if Walsh One is informed that any personal data collected through a website is no longer accurate we will make appropriate corrections based on the updated information provided by the visitor.
